Perimeter Access Security Solutions (“PassCo”) is building a commercially focused perimeter security platform that services a diversified mix of systems like access control, docks and doors, gates, and video surveillance as well as other exterior facing systems.
Lance Simpson is the CEO of PassCo, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in industrial distribution and field services. Prior to joining PassCo, he served as President and CEO of American Direct Procurement, a national provider of commercial doors, hardware, systems integration, and access control solutions. Prior to that, Lance was the Chief Operating Officer of The Cook & Boardman Group, where he worked to expand the business through operational transformation, e-commerce, and the integration of 21 acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Lance served in the United States Navy, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and team-focused mindset that continue to guide his approach to building high-performance organizations.
